Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

You must be at least 18 years old to register, publish, or purchase content on ModelMatrix. By creating an account you confirm you are 18 or older and legally able to enter this agreement.

When registering you self-identify under one or more professional industry categories: Models (female or male, with genres such as fashion, glamour, fitness, commercial, art/nude, runway, maternity), Photographers, Makeup Artists (MUAs), Hair Stylists, Wardrobe Stylists & Clothing Designers, Retouchers & Digital Artists, and Artists/Painters/Body Painters. Selecting a category determines which profile fields and upload tools are available to you; fans and other viewers browse the marketplace.

To protect professional boundaries, members may use a pseudonym or display name and may obfuscate precise location. Album-specific privacy settings control who can view each album. Verification (when offered) confirms identity, not endorsement.

ModelMatrix is a marketplace and host. You are responsible for the content you upload and for ensuring it is lawful, consensual, and does not violate any third-party right. You may not use ModelMatrix to harass, threaten, stalk, defraud, or impersonate other members; to share non-consensual or illegal content; to attempt to circumvent payment or access controls; or to scrape, mass-download, or resell content you did not create.

Casting calls, job posts, collaborations, and direct messages must be truthful. soliciting off-platform payment to evade fees, or offering work that is unlawful in the relevant jurisdiction, is prohibited. We may suspend, block, or terminate accounts that violate these rules and remove any content that violates our Prohibited Content policy.

Creators keep ownership of their work. ModelMatrix does not claim ownership of your photos or videos. By uploading, you grant ModelMatrix a limited license to host, display, and process your content solely to operate the marketplace (including resizing, watermarking, and serving previews to buyers). You confirm every person depicted in your content has consented to its publication on ModelMatrix, and that you hold the rights to upload it.

For adult content, you are solely responsible for maintaining the records required by 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. §75 (or your local equivalent) proving the age and identity of every depicted person. ModelMatrix may request this documentation and remove content or suspend accounts that cannot produce it.

ModelMatrix is an adult-friendly platform. Nude art, erotic and fetish photography, and consensual adult video are allowed and welcome, provided they comply with these terms. Sexual or nude content is permitted only where all depicted persons are verified adults and the content is lawful in the jurisdictions of both the creator and the viewer.

Content that is illegal — including but not limited to the Prohibited Content list below — is not protected by this adult-friendly policy and will be removed. Where required, we report it to the relevant authorities.

The following are strictly prohibited regardless of context. Prohibited content is removed, may be reported to authorities, and may result in immediate account termination:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — anyone appearing under 18 in nude or sexualized content. If age is ambiguous, the content is treated as prohibited.
• Sexual violence, non-consensual content, revenge porn, leaked private content, deepfakes, etc.
• Bestiality.
• Torture, gore, killing, dead bodies, or mutilation.
• Terrorism, violent extremism, incitement or instructions for violence.
• Weapons of mass destruction, or instructions for their manufacture.
• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or instructions for their manufacture.
• Human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or facilitation of either.
• Money laundering, fraud, or facilitation of financial crime.
• Content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, or privacy rights, or that doxxes a private person.
• Content that depicts or promotes self-harm, eating disorders, or suicide methods.
• Deceptive, manipulated, or synthetic media intended to defraud or defame.

All uploads are scanned by an automated AI content-moderation system. Flagged content is blocked before it can be published and may be reviewed by an admin. Members can report any photo, video, album, or member for review. Repeated or bad-faith reporting is itself a violation.

ModelMatrix reserves the right to review, flag, blur, watermark, or remove any content, and to suspend or terminate any account, at its discretion to protect the platform, its members, or third parties. Admins can view, monitor, flag, and delete any uploaded asset (photos and videos) through dedicated moderation tools.

If your content is removed or your account is suspended, you may request a review by contacting ModelMatrix support. Decisions on prohibited content (especially CSAM or illegal material) are final.

When a fan unlocks a paid album, ModelMatrix retains a platform commission and the creator receives the remainder. Commission rates scale with your subscription tier (from 20% on Free down to 8% on Ultra). Payouts to creators are processed through Stripe Connect and may take several business days to reach your account. Subscriptions (Basic, Standard, Premium, Elite, Ultra) are billed monthly until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your account.

Refunds for one-time unlocks are handled at ModelMatrix's discretion and through Stripe. Chargebacks or payment disputes that circumvent the platform are a violation of these terms.

We collect the information you provide when you register and build your profile — name, email, location, photos, and the details you choose to make public. We use this to operate the marketplace, match you with nearby creators, process payments, and provide the services you request.

Your approximate location is used for proximity matching. You can hide your live distance in Privacy settings; your city remains on your profile unless you remove it. Read-receipt and follow-notification settings are under your control. Payment information is handled by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data with service providers (Stripe, our hosting and content-moderation providers, and similar) only as needed to run the platform, and we comply with lawful requests where required. You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting ModelMatrix support.

Blocking another member prevents them from seeing your profile or contacting you. Deleting your account removes your profile and unpublished content; purchased content remains accessible to buyers who already unlocked it, and records we must retain for legal or accounting reasons are kept.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately, without notice, where required to protect members, the platform, or third parties, or where required by law.

ModelMatrix is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not a party to any collaboration between members and are not liable for the outcome of any casting call, job, collaboration, or the conduct of other members. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Disputes about payments are handled through Stripe; other disputes between members are the members' responsibility.
